SurveyManager is a secure application. Your data is stored on our servers in Australia accredited to IRAP compliance. We use the latest security practices and tools to protect your data from unauthorised access. We regularly backup your data to prevent data loss.

No, you do not need to install anything on your device to use SurveyManager. The SurveyManager Software-as-a Service n(SaaS) application is designed to work with all major web browsers, and no special software is required.

Telephone Support can be purchased for enterprise plans only, however we do offer an inbuilt Help guide.

You can cancel your subscription and/or close your account at any time through your account management page. When you close your account, your subscription will automatically be cancelled and your service(s) will be terminated. You will no longer have access your SurveyManager account or service(s). Any content will be deleted in accordance with SurveyManager's operational procedures. Before closing your account, copy your content and then delete it, so that it does not happen automatically after account closure.
Refund Policy
No credits or prorated refunds will be issued for such monthly subscriptions cancelled after the subscription start date. Annual subscriptions will be refunded on a prorated basis. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact us. -
SurveyManager Business or SurveyManager Enterprise are the only Plans that are multi-user enabled or suitable to use by teams or work groups. If you need a multi-user version please contact us directly for assistance and a custom quotation to meets your needs.
